We uphold ourselves and our reports to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisers Practice (USPAP) and have successfully passed accreditation with the Bureau of Certified Auto Appraisers – Independent Appraiser Certification Program (IACP).

Yes, you can find online tools or attempt to create a diminished value report yourself. However, insurance companies often view self-prepared reports as less credible and may not take them seriously. By hiring us, you receive a professionally prepared report that meets industry standards and is more likely to be accepted and respected by insurance adjusters.
